What is an inchie? Any image that will stamp in a 1″ square, or a stamped image that can be cut into 1″ pieces. DRS Design has a weekly challenge, and this week it is to create a card using inchies somewhere on the card. I did not have a DRS Design stamp that would work as an inchie, so I used these “inchie” stamps of the butterfly from smARTworks, ( a company that is no longer in existence. ) The vertical sentiment is from Outlines Stamp Company, (another company that has closed. ) The background paper was made by printing a watercolor background I had made for something else.
You may not be able to duplicate this, but you could possibly find similar stamps that you have, and the sentiment could be “computer generated.” At any rate, I hope you like it! Go have fun with “Inchies.”
